Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the home decor or furniture items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
