To maintain the longevity of our products, we recommend following the specific care label attached to each item. Generally, textiles should be washed in cold water on a gentle cycle and air-dried.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain bedding and bath items cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Chilly’s ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to include international destinations in the near future.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Yes, we are committed to sustainability. We partner with ethical manufacturers and prioritize organic cotton, recycled fibers, and eco-friendly dyes in our home collections.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be changed, though you may initiate a return once it arrives.
